Insurance premiums are generally paid directly to the insurance carrier. If you cancel your policy, any refundable premium will be calculated and issued by the insurance carrier according to their specific cancellation and refund policies.
If Insurance Bundles Fast charges any administrative fees for our services, these fees are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise in writing at the time of purchase.
To cancel a policy, you must provide written notice to our agency. We will then process the request with the insurance carrier. Please note that most policies use a "short-rate" or "pro-rata" calculation for refunds upon cancellation.
Refunds from insurance carriers can take anywhere from 10 to 30 business days to process and issue, depending on the carrier and method of payment.
